City of Helsinki has established an experimentation accelerator to support city employees to learn hands on how AI and software robotics can be used to improve city services and processes. Session summarizes the key learnings and value of rapid experiments conducted so far.


  • adoption of new technologies such as AI benefit from active internal organizational support and creation of concrete use case examples that are relevant for the organization
