From Boardroom Vision to Bottom-Line Value
This Master Class introduces the Data & AI Strategy Canvas, a 10-element framework designed to close the gap between strategic ambition and day-to-day execution. The session is built around a single, realistic working scenario: a mid-size UK retail bank under competitive pressure, with a board-approved budget and four stakeholders who each want to spend it on something different. Participants will use the canvas to work through that scenario from first principles, starting with strategic objectives and finishing with operating model, governance, and risk, so they leave with both the framework and direct experience applying it.
